We are lucky to have a wide circle of fabulously creative, inspiring friends: friends like Lori Joy Smith. Lori is a gifted artist who does illustration work, paintings, cards, t-shirts and now ceramics, and her work is delightful. If the word “charming” weren’t so overused (and sometimes in an arch fashion), I would think it an appropriate descriptor as well.
Lori has recently opened a Little Store, filled with lovely things you can buy for a song. I promise you that once you own something Lori has made, it will make you smile every time you look at it. There’s just no way you can stay grumpy when you see those sweet, sad monsters or bears cuddling birds.
