The Boss of You

Oh my. It’s been an awfully long time since we last posted. But we’ve got some­thing juicy to end our month-long slump!

Back in March, as you may remem­ber, we pre­sented a panel at SXSW Inter­ac­tive, titled “Boss Lady.” (Why mess with a good thing?) We were joined by Alex Beauchamp, Jenny Hart, and Vickie How­ell, and the five of us talked shop, shar­ing our thoughts on how to define suc­cess for you, how to man­age growth and main­tain your san­ity, how to find a sup­port­ive com­mu­nity, and much, much more.

That panel has now been posted in pod­cast form on the SXSW web­site. Yay!

The first 40 min­utes is panel dis­cus­sion, mod­er­ated by the lovely Emira (who was deservedly sin­gled out by many atten­dees as a fan­tas­tic mod­er­a­tor), and then we move into a 20 minute Q&A period, which turned out to be one of my favourite parts.
