We loved "Boss Lady" too, but we like our new title, "The Boss of You", just fine. The word "lady" has such different connotations to different people, and I totally respect that. We felt it was nice and sassy, but some people read it as snooty, old-fashioned, or just plain outdated, and we certainly don't want to turn people off before they even crack the book open. :) I'd love to hear people's thoughts on the new title...
