The Boss of You

The oh-so smart and savvy team behind local Van­cou­ver newslet­ters yoy­omama and yoy­obelly, for mom’s and mom’s to be respec­tively, have just launched their own blog at Yoyo Diaries. I have a pretty strong hunch that the BizTips cat­e­gory is def­i­nitely one to watch for work­ing and entre­pre­neur­ial moms. How do I know this? It may have some­thing to do with the fact that the gals run­ning the bur­geon­ing Yoyo empire are clients and friends of ours, who I hap­pen to know are admired around town for their amaz­ing tal­ents at jug­gling par­ent­ing and entre­pre­neur­ship with aplomb. But don’t let my bias as a friend deter you. With a cat­e­gory kick-off post titled “my son has just thrown up on the key­board” these are clearly gals who know the ins and outs of bal­anc­ing moth­er­hood and a career.
